Servicemaster is solid gold. I’ve used them ever since Sandy wiped out our lower level. Most recently they cleaned 25 vents masterfully using incredibly sophisticated equipment plus addressed other special HVAC needs. Chris managed the 2 day project end-to-end flawlessly. The onsite team was exceptional. And Mike Vitti also directly involved — thank you!

ServiceMaster is a very reliable company to use when you have an emergency situation. We had sewage backup in our basement. I called them. Within an hour or two Chris R got back to me, had me take pictures and gave me a quote. He was there with his team by the end of the day. They were respectful of our home, thorough, friendly, and fast. I highly recommended them. Thank you so much Chris and team!!

Chris R. and his team from ServiceMaster were great! We had a sewage backup problem in our basement. He called me within an hour or two of me contacting them. He told me they could have a crew come the same day. He asked me to take photos for a quote instead of coming to see the site and then creating a quote, which a couple of the other companies did. They were friendly, thorough, clean and respectful of our home and fast. I would highly recommend them. Chris and team thank you so much!!!

A+++ service. I had a two month old coffee stain in a rug that I continuously made worse over my numerous attempts to clean. I used baking soda & vinegar, I used 409, I used a wet vac with bissel rug cleaner… it got browner and more matted with each attempt. I called ServiceMaster and they had their crew at my house two days later. I forget their names, but very nice guys. Instead of just cleaning the roughly 2’x2’ stain like I hoped, they did the entire 18’ rug. The entire rug now looks and feels brand new and the coffee stain is miraculously gone. I couldn’t be more pleased. Two before pics, one after.

With water steadily streaming into the basement, we called ServiceMaster. Chris R was at our house quickly, and professionally assessed, gave us his plan for cleanup and mold fix, and had a team to us within 2 days to begin cleanup. The team was professional, efficient, and had a strong plan to help us, with clean up, drying out, and mold remediation. Both Chris R and General Manager John K were attentive, checking in often, and were very flexible to accommodate our remediation expert's advice, more rain along the way, and our endless questions. They were absolutely super, did a great job while managing multiple other jobs, with great service. We hope never to have to call again (!) But if we are ever in this situation again, we would not hesitate to bring these guys back. Big thank you to John, Chris and the team.

They know what they are doing, have the equipment and teams to help you, quickly and efficiently.
